The exhibition hall design adopts a minimalist style, with indirect lighting and linear lighting as the main lighting systems. To meet the design requirements, a total of about 400 meters of embedded LED light slots need to be installed on the ceiling and walls of the exhibition hall, which places high demands on the dimensional accuracy, surface texture, and compatibility with PC diffusion cover plates of the profiles. This project adopts customized aluminum alloy LED light groove profiles with groove widths of 20mm and 30mm. The LED light strip slot is reserved inside, and the surface is anodized to a silver white color. The matching PC diffusion cover is milky white semi transparent, with uniform light transmittance and no dark areas. During installation, the profile is embedded into the slot of the gypsum board ceiling, flush with the ceiling, and forms a continuous and uniform light strip when the lights are turned on. After the completion of the project, the installation effect and lighting quality of the light trough were highly praised by the brand.
